Important Wine Club Information

Thornton Winery's wine club operates with several key policies:

Membership Basics

  • Wine selections are billed quarterly on the first day of the selection month

  • Age Restriction: Wine may only be purchased and delivered to persons 21 years or older

  • Membership limited to two people per household

  • Benefits are non-transferable

Shipping Policy

Shipping via UPS with specific delivery requirements:

  • UPS will attempt delivery three times

  • Adult signature (21+ years) required at delivery

  • Cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

State Shipping Restrictions

  • Wine shipping limited to select states due to legal restrictions

  • Cannot ship to: AL, AR, DE, KY, MA, MD, MO, MS, NH, NM, NE, NY, OK, PA, RI, UT, VA

Payment and Billing

  • Automatic billing to credit card on file

  • Credit card charged within 7 days prior to shipment

  • Members responsible for updating payment information

Cancellation Policy

  • Membership continues automatically until cancelled

  • Cancellation possible after receiving three shipments

  • Cancellation methods:

  • No refunds for wines damaged during shipping

  • Damaged bottles may be replaced for additional shipping cost
