Jason “JB Saxx” Brown is a dynamic singer‑songwriter and multi‑instrumentalist—vocals, saxophone, guitar and keys—known for emotionally charged sax solos and high‑energy performances. Raised performing in church after his father’s death at 13, JB channeled grief into music, recorded his first project at 16, and draws on Gospel, R&B, Jazz, Blues (and beyond) to deliver songs with a powerful, uplifting message. He’s performed with Kirk Whalum, Earl Thomas and Tonex, and opened for John Legend, Macy Gray, Gerald Albright and others; towering at 6'6" and nicknamed Mr. Sing & Play, JB aims to inspire young musicians while connecting deeply with every audience.
