About The Artists

Damien Escobar

Damien Escobar, renowned violinist, author, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, is set to perform live at Thornton Winery, bringing his extraordinary journey to the stage. Hailing from Jamaica, Queens, New York, Damien's musical career spans over a decade, marked by both triumph and adversity. After achieving fame with the duo "Nuttin but Stringz," he faced homelessness following their disbandment, which led him to retire his violin temporarily.

In 2013, he resurrected his passion, releasing his debut solo album, "Sensual Melodies," which garnered over 200K downloads. This success launched him into the spotlight, leading to appearances on shows like "The Today Show" and events like Oprah Winfrey's tour. Passionate about inspiring change, Damien released his second album, "Boundless," and continues to build his brand through multiple ventures. With new music on the horizon, join him at Thornton Winery to witness the magic of his storied comeback!

Julian Vaughn

Kansas City native Julian Vaughn, once a drummer, found his passion for the bass guitar in the church setting led by his grandfather. In 2010, he launched his jazz career with his debut album, The Purpose Project, paving the way for hits like "On Your Feet," which reached #1 on the Billboard charts.

With subsequent albums, including Limitless and Chapters of Love, Julian has solidified his position as a jazz chart veteran, boasting 4 Billboard #1 hits and performing at prestigious festivals globally. He has inspired audiences in Dubai, Nigeria, and across Europe with his soulful melodies.

As a testament to his artistry, his latest album SOLO is acclaimed as his best work yet, featuring his own writing and production. Julian will be performing live at Thornton Winery, offering fans an unforgettable experience filled with his signature bass sound. Don’t miss the opportunity to see this talented artist!

Nicholas Cole

Nicholas Cole, a soulful keyboardist from Goldsboro, North Carolina, masterfully blends jazz with gospel and R&B influences. Growing up in a musical family, he began playing piano and organ in church at just four years old. Cole’s career took off in the 2010s with his debut album A Journey of One, followed by the sophomore release Endless Possibilities, featuring the chart-topping single "Snap."

His second number one hit came in 2019 with "Soulmate," a collaboration with guitarist Nick Colionne. With albums like Night Sessions and The Weekend, Cole has established himself as a prominent figure in the smooth jazz genre, appealing to a broad audience.

Nicholas Cole is excited to perform at Thornton Winery, where fans can experience his captivating blend of styles live. Join him for an unforgettable evening filled with soulful melodies and exceptional musicianship!
