Gewürztraminer is unmistakable for its aromas and flavor of lychees, with an additional spice character. Although it can be finished completely dry, most versions have light to moderate residual sugar.
Aroma: Lychees, roses, pineapple., ginger, and some baking spices
Palate: Moderate sweetness with lychee, super ripe peaches, pineapple, and a light spice finish.
Pairing: A perfect pairing with spicy Asian cuisine. Also wonderful sipping on its own
