Cuvée de Frontignan

Wine Notes
Unique in character, our Cuvée de Frontignan is a lighter style of Méthode
Champenoise sparkling wine which closely resembles an Asti-Spumante. The
intention to make a Demi-Sec or Extra Dry sparkling wine from Muscat is
two-fold. The spicy, floral and citrus aromas of Muscat of Alexandria lends
itself to a wine with residual sugar, and a traditional Extra Dry without a
high fruit aroma can sometimes come across cloyingly sweet and
one-dimensional. The combination of rich fruit aromas, lush fruit flavors
and crisp acidity make for an exciting glass of bubbles. The Cuvee de
Frontignan strikes the perfect balance!
