TEMECULA - Preparations are well under way for Thornton Winery’s
biggest event of the year! Their annual New Year’s Gala will
be held Friday, December 31st, 2004 from 7:00 pm to 1:00 am.
Be amazed as Thornton Winery’s Production Area and Vineyard
Room are transformed into a glittery, show-stopping Casino! Take an
exciting spin on the Roulette Reel, test your luck at Black Jack and
knock the dice around at the Craps tables. High rollers, get ready

Under the “Big Top”, savor a four-course meal prepared
by Café Champagne’s Executive Chef, Steve Pickell, voted
“Chef of the Year” by the California Restaurant Writer’s
Association. Each course will be perfectly paired to award-winning
