A Whole Lotta Pasta Cooking Class
Thornton Winery offers a fun and informative evening of hands-on pasta instruction complete with a free pasta maker for each participant! Guests will learn to make fresh pasta with Chef Liam Griffin at one of the Temecula Valley Wine Region’s most beautiful wineries on Wednesday, February 6, 2008, 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 PM.
Guests will learn the magic of turning flour and eggs, sticky fingers, and laughter into mouth-watering pasta - the way it’s been done for generations. The class is $125 per person, plus tax & gratuity and is available by reservation only by calling 951-699-0099 or visiting www.thorntonwine.com.
